The Factory or Lodge of the United East India Company at Hoegly or Hougly in Bengal, 1665. To the left the river Ganges with some ships. Up comes a long procession Indians walked in, led by a Dutch trumpeter and banner carriers with Dutch flags, halfway through the procession, two Dutch people were carried in a palanquin. To the right a camp with an Indian dignitary in a tent, horses, cows, elephants and dromedaries. On the right side of the show a cemetery. On the lower right side of a stèle, the alliance weapon of Pieter Sterthemius and Maria Calandrini. Pendant of SK-A-4283.
