La tableta que representa a San Sigismund viajando a Agauno, obra maestra de Agostino di Duccio de Toscana, es completamente extraña al contexto Lombard. Fue originalmente situado en el altar de la capilla dedicada a San Sigismund en el Templo de Malatesta en Rimini, pero luego fue trasladado a varios lugares hasta que fue adquirido por la Accademia di Brera en 1812, y finalmente depositado en el Castello Sforzesco. Thescene representado narra el Santo
