Picart (12), P. Tanjé (5) y Fokke (1). Cubierta impresa en dos colores, rojo y negro, con grabado chalcgráfico y frontera tipográfica. Cartas mayúsculas. Texto enmarcado con fronteras tipográficas. Cañón en cuero con borde con cierres y costillas de oro en la columna. Etchings. Cada plato está acompañado por un poema explicativo y una explicación de lo que representa; esto es lo que forma el texto junto con la biografía de Cervantes por Campo Weyerman.
