Un Enano Mantener un Tomé en Su regazo es una pintura al óleo del pintor español Diego Velazquez. Fue pintado en 1645. Un retrato particularmente impresionante es la pintura de Velázquez del enano Don Diego de Acedo, alias El Primo (El Primo), probablemente comisionado por la corte y ejecutado en Fraga en alrededor de 1644. (El enano se llamaba El Primo porque se jactaba de ser el pariente de Velázquez.) Esta pintura (106 x 83 cm) se encuentra actualmente en el Museo del Prado, Madrid.
