El Retrato del Conde-Duke de Olivares es un cuadro del artista español Diego Velázquez, terminado en 1635. Está ubicado en el Museo Hermitage de San Petersburgo. El cuadro retrata a Gaspar de Guzmán, Conde Duque de Olivares, Primer Ministro de España durante el reinado de Felipe IV. Se presenta en medio busto sobre un fondo neutro, la cara que aparece cansada y hinchada, marcadamente envejecida desde el anterior y más famoso retrato ecuestre del duque de Olivares también por Velázquez. Olivares lleva un simple vestido negro con un rufián blanco.
