V12 de Milán Duomo representa la Gloria de San Juan el Bien y, al igual que las otras ventanas hechas para el lado sur de la Catedral (V11 y V 13), es obra de Giovanni Battista Bertini, encargado entre 1838 y 1842 por la Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano. Las tres vidrieras están sobre el altar dedicado al Santo - Arzobispo de Milán de 641 a 651 - que es recordado por haber traído la visita Episcopal a Milán después del exilio genovés durante la era de Lombard. Debajo de las ventanas sur descansan sus reliquias, que fueron trasladadas a la Catedral por San Carlos Borromeo en 1582.
