Santa Clara vestida con el hábito franciscano, con rostro serena, signo de paz, contemplación y oración. Santa Clara de Asís fue el fundador de la orden religiosa monástica llamada las Damas Pobres, seguidora de la tradición franciscana. Su Regla de Vida fue la primera directriz para la vida monástica escrita por una mujer. Después de su muerte, el Papa Urbano IV cambió oficialmente el nombre de la Orden de las Damas Pobres a la Orden de Santa Clara, en 1263. La estatua está situada en el lado sur de la fachada, frente a Santa Isabel de Hungría.
