El interior del templo se deleita con excelentes altares tallados en madera, complementados con mosaico figural multicolor, así como esculturas de mármol o estuco blanco. El altar mayor solía contar con una representación de mosaico de San Casimir, que en 1990 fue transferido a la oficina del Vicariato del Cuarto Arzobispo de Chicago. Hoy, el altar contiene una pintura de la Madre de Dios de Guadalupe.
