En 1900, el presidente William McKinley nombró al abogado de Pensilvania James Montgomery Beck para el puesto de asistente del fiscal general. Esta ventana heráldica probablemente estaba destinada a su nueva casa en 1522 K Street, pero en 1903, Beck de repente dejó la oficina pública para unirse al bufete de abogados de Nueva York de Shearman y Sterling, dejando la comisión de Washington irrealizada. En este diseño, Tiffany interpreta la tradición heráldica británica en vidrio de colores delicados; el escudo central de armas no se relaciona directamente con la familia Beck y es probablemente ficticio.
