Esta estación está demolida hoy en día, fue la parada final de la línea de ferrocarril Lima-Callao. Fundada en gran parte de la actual Plaza San Martín. Antes de la construcción de esta estación, había una iglesia y un hospital bajo el mismo nombre, que fueron demolidos alrededor de 1850-1860 para llegar a la estación. Su ruta fue hacia el oeste, terminando en el puerto de Callao. La estación tenía un hotel en la segunda planta, y estaba conectada a la estación de La Encarnacion, que formaba parte de la línea de ferrocarril Lima-Chorrillos.
