Diseños en Circular Forms es un álbum de diseños que se dice que han sido cepillados por Ogata Korin. Dentro de cada pequeño pedazo circular de papel, Korin ha tomado motivos de las flores de las cuatro temporadas, y cuentos de Japón aristocrático, y los ha organizado en composiciones inusuales, a menudo con elementos audazmente mal compartidos. A juzgar por las huellas del trabajo de transferencia en los dibujos, se cree que estos trabajos se han utilizado como dibujos preparatorios para obras de lacado maki-e.
