Carola Nilstein comenzó a inventar un nuevo tipo de olla de cámara en 1995. Vino con el Pippinette, que está hecho para que una mujer pueda orinar mientras está de pie. Carola comenzó con papel plegable para encontrar la derecha para la Pipinette. Ella consultó a mujeres de todas las edades en la forma y función de la nueva alfarería. Carola también ha hecho un Travelkit, una versión de la Pipinette, que es útil cuando viaja como se ajusta en su bolso. Travelkit es una bolsa delgada que se sienta sobre un soporte. La bolsa absorbe el líquido y después de usarlo se dobla y lo tira en el contenedor de residuos. La Pipinette ha recibido varios premios: The Swedish Design Prize: Utmärkt Svensk Form, 2004, Good design Award, Chicago, Atheneum, USA, Red Dot Design Award, 2004, Germany.
