Un escudo convexo dorado de plata con un medallón central en alto relieve con Apolo en un cuadriga, rodeado de estrellas y figuras femeninas que representan las constelaciones. La frontera amplia es lanzada en bajo relieve con escenas de vida humana y rural (una boda y banquete, asedio, emboscada y compromiso, cosecha, apelación judicial, vintage, oxherds defendiendo sus bestias y un baile de Cretan), dentro de una frontera exterior de olas estilizadas y un amplio borde de caña.
