Decoración de marquetería de flores atadas con cintas. Un cajón central forma una tabla de escritura; dos compartimentos laterales abiertos para revelar cajones ocultos que se abren con un mecanismo de primavera. David Roentgen, mueble e ingeniero mecánico del Rey y la Reina, fue reconocido por su mecánica de precisión y delicada decoración marquetería.
