La Diputación del Sacramento (italiano: La disputa del sacramento), o Disputa, es una pintura del artista renacentista italiano Raphael. Fue pintado entre 1509 y 1510 como sólo la primera parte de la comisión de Rafael para decorar con frescos las habitaciones que ahora se conocen como el Stanze di Raffaello, en el Palacio Apostólico en el Vaticano. En ese momento, esta sala era conocida como la Stanza della segnatura, y era la biblioteca papal privada donde se reunió el tribunal papal supremo (Adams 344).
