Sistine Madonna, también llamada The Madonna di San Sisto, es una pintura al óleo del artista italiano Raphael. Terminado poco antes de su muerte, ca. 1513-1514, como retablo encargado, fue el último de las madonnas del pintor y el último cuadro que completó con sus propias manos. Relocado a Dresden desde 1754, la conocida pintura ha sido particularmente influyente en Alemania. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, fue trasladado a Moscú durante una década antes de que fuera devuelto a Alemania. Allí reside como una de las piezas centrales de la Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister.
