Patient with his mother and the wheelchair technician at the State Enterprise Orthopedic Plant in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The patient was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when he was 1 year old.The technician got Polio as a child and currently works in the Health Facility as a wheelchair technician to help other persons with disabilities to improve their life conditions.
