Ceci montre l'intérieur de la nouvelle gare. Le premier ministre et ministre des Chemins de fer, John Gunn, a posé la première pierre de la nouvelle gare d'Adélaïde, le 24 août 1926. Le bâtiment a été achevé en juin 1928. Le coût total est inconnu, mais dépasse probablement 800 000 livres (1 600 000 dollars).
