Le Portrait de Fra Antonio Martelli (c. 1607/1608) est une peinture du maître italien Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio, dans le Palazzo Pitti, Florence. Jusqu'à récemment, on pensait que cette peinture représentait Alof de Wignacourt, Grand Maître de l'Ordre des Chevaliers de Malte, et qu'il était une étude préparatoire pour le grand et célèbre Portrait d'Alof de Wignacourt et sa Page, mais les découvertes documentaires récentes indiquent que c'est le portrait d'un autre membre de l'Ordre, Antonio Martelli de Florence, Prior de Messine.
