Portrait de Maffeo Barberini (c. 1598) est un tableau du maître baroque italien Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. Il est détenu dans une collection privée à Florence. Barberini, âgé de 30 ans et de l'éminente famille Florentine Barberini, était un prélat de l'Église, un ami du patron de Caravaggio, le cardinal Francesco Maria Del Monte, et lui-même un poète et patron des arts. Le soutien de Barberini se poursuivra dans les années suivantes – en 1603, il commanda un sacrifice d'Isaac de Caravaggio. En 1623, il devint Pape comme Urbain VIII.
