Au début des années 1970, David Porter a contribué à la réalisation de quelques-unes des publications les plus influentes du rock australien (Go-Set, Daily/Planet, Rolling Stone (édition australienne), The Digger. Porter était basé à Melbourne, son sujet le zeitgeist de sa musique Rock/Pop, du théâtre underground, et des scènes de contreculture, travaillant parfois comme 'David Porter, parfois 'Jacques L'Affaires', parfois 'Jack Africa'. En 1973, il quitte Melbourne, cesse de travailler dans la photographie commerciale et poursuit une carrière d'enseignant. RICK SPRINGFIELDMusicien, acteur. Membre de Zoot (1969-1971). A fondé une carrière solo avec le premier single ‘Speak to the Sky' atteignant le top 10 en Australie en 1972. Après avoir déménagé aux États-Unis, il a eu un numéro 1 Australien et des États-Unis succès ‘Jessie-S Girl' (1981), pour lequel il a reçu un Grammy Award. Springfield a enregistré deux albums des 10 premiers aux États-Unis, Working Class Dog (1981), Succès Hasn't Spoiled Me Yet (1982). Publié : Ian Meldrum parle à Rick Springfield.
