Portrait de Willem van Outhoorn (1635-1720). Gouverneur général (1691-1704). À mi-chemin, légèrement à droite. La main droite dans le côté, un état-major dans la main gauche. En arrière-plan un bâtiment (la forteresse à Batavia?). Une partie d'une série d'exemplaires de portraits des gouverneurs généraux des anciennes Indes orientales néerlandaises, probablement de la United East India Company.
