Les planchers des usines de jouets étaient amusants et éducatifs : ils expliquaient la mécanique des machines industrielles à vapeur. Coton Après la révolution industrielle, l'usine a conçu avec précision les machines à vapeur qui ont remplacé les travaux manuels qualifiés mais plus lents dans l'industrie textile. Exporté aux États-Unis, c'est le seul exemple du jouet connu pour exister.
