Dans la partie inférieure de la capture est reconnaissable la fenêtre en verre teinté V42 de Milan Duomo. Il a été réalisé par Giuseppe Bertini en 1855. L'œuvre dépeint Saint Charles Borromeo au moment de la vente de la principauté d'Oria, une bande de terre appartenant à sa famille située à Pouilles, d'où il obtint 40 000 scudi destinés aux pauvres.
