Clelia De Simoni (1854-1940), née à Bologne du capitaine Carabinieri, qui change souvent de résidence pour des raisons de service, arrive finalement à Milan, où elle épouse l'industriel vitivinicole Luigi Nobili, qui à son tour est un bienfaiteur de l'Hôpital Majeur. Dans son testament elle nomme sa fille adoptive Chiara Dorfles Gallignani, avec de nombreux légats pour les organismes et institutions de bienfaisance et de bien-être à Milan et Stresa (cette ville sur le lac Majeur était liée parce qu'elle y a passé l'été) et, imitant son mari, alloue la somme de 100 000 lires à l'hôpital, en envoyant dans son propre
