Le World-Renommé Medical Book of Korea Dédié à Gwanghaegun en 1610 par le médecin royal de 71 ans, Heo Jun, Donguibogam est divisé en cinq chapitres : Naegyeongpyeon (médecine interne), Oehyeongpyeon (médecine externe), Japbyeongpyeon (maladies diverses), Tangaekpyeon (remèdes) et Chimgupyeon (acupuncture). Reconnaissant sa contribution au monde en tant que relique historique, l'UNESCO a inscrit Donguibogam dans son programme Mémoire du monde en 2010, faisant de ce livre le septième patrimoine culturel de la Corée.
