La Vierge et l'Enfant avec Saint Anne est une peinture à l'huile de Léonard de Vinci représentant St. Anne, sa fille la Vierge Marie et le Jésus-Enfant. Le Christ est montré grappant d'un agneau sacrificiel symbolisant sa Passion tandis que la Vierge tente de le retenir. La peinture a été commandée comme haut retable pour l'église de Santissima Annunziata à Florence et son thème avait longtemps occupé Leonardo.
