Ces deux petits oiseaux, qui se font face l'un à l'autre, sont faits d'une plaque de fer coupée et repliée. Les plis ressemblent à la technique origami, avec le métal travaillé pour créer des plans géométriques dans un style cubiste. Ramón Acín Aquilué a conçu ces oiseaux pour les enfants, pour surveiller leurs jeux. Il les a transformés en un monument sculptural à grande échelle commandé par le conseil municipal de Huesca (Ayuntamiento de Huesca) pour le parc Miguel Servet dans la capitale provinciale, dans un espace conçu pour les enfants à utiliser et à apprécier.
