La Granduca Madonna (84 cm × 55 cm) est une peinture Madonna de l'artiste italien de la renaissance Raphael. Il fut probablement peint en 1505, peu de temps après l'arrivée de Raphael à Florence. L'influence de Léonard de Vinci, dont il a appris à connaître les oeuvres, peut être vue dans l'utilisation de la sfumato. La peinture appartenait à Ferdinand III, Grand-Duc de Toscane, dont elle a obtenu son nom. Il est maintenant dans le Palazzo Pitti, Florence.
