Sistine Madonna, également appelée The Madonna di San Sisto, est une peinture à l'huile de l'artiste italien Raphael. Finie peu avant sa mort, vers 1513–1514, en tant qu'autel commandé, c'était le dernier des Madones du peintre et le dernier tableau qu'il a complété de ses propres mains. Relocalisé à Dresde à partir de 1754, la peinture bien connue a été particulièrement influente en Allemagne. Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il a été transféré à Moscou pendant une décennie avant son retour en Allemagne. Là, il réside comme l'une des pièces centrales de la Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister.
