Le Blinding de Samson est une huile sur toile peinture par le peintre hollandais et écher Rembrandt van Rijn. Il a été peint en 1636. L'histoire de Samson, qui a eu une grande attirance pour le public baroque, est importante dans la production de Rembrandt pendant les années trente. Il peint Samson Menacant son père en droit (1635, Staatliche Museen, Berlin) et le mariage de Samson (1638, Gemäldegalerie, Dresde). Sa Blinding de Samson plus que tout autre travail montre l'utilisation inégalée de Rembrandt du style High Baroque pour attirer l'intérêt de ses contemporains dans le sensationnel. C'est son travail le plus horrible et violent. Cette peinture (236 x 302 cm) est actuellement logée dans le Kunstinstitut Städelsches, Francfort.
