Blazer à poitrine simple en laine blanc cassé avec deux boutons de coquille et trois poches de patch sur le devant. Il y a un crocodile brodé sur la poche mammaire. Il y a trois boutons à chaque manchette. La couture des bords était faite à la main autour des lapelles et des bords avant. Le blazer est doublé en satin de couleur crème. Lacoste a demandé à son ami Robert George de broder un crocodile sur ses blazers blancs après qu'il ait perdu un pari sur son capitaine de Coupe Davis Allan H. Muhr. Si Lacoste avait gagné son caoutchouc Davis Cup pour la France, il aurait reçu une valise en crocodile de Muhr. Bien qu'il ait perdu le match et le pari, un journaliste du Boston Evening Transcript a découvert le pari et appelé Lacoste
