Pour être identifié avec une certaine certitude avec la peinture qu'Adolf et Mina Tobler-Blumer ont commandé en juin 1896 lors d'une visite au studio et reçu peu avant 15.III.1897. Dans une lettre à Zünd datée du 20.III.1897 (Zentralbibliothek Zürich, Mme Z II 716, 49, 12), Mme Tobler note au sujet de la peinture qu'elle,
