Le pape Paul III et ses petits-fils ont été peints par l'artiste italien Titien de la Renaissance entre 1545-1546 sur huile et toile. Le tableau représente le vieux pape Paul III assis, avec son neveu Ottavio Farnese, duc de Parme agenouillé à sa gauche, et, derrière lui à sa droite, son autre neveu Alessandro portant la robe cardinale. Il est logé dans la galerie de Capodimonte, Naples, Italie, et a été décrit comme chef-d'œuvre de "l'art psychologique".
