Le bail. Deux agriculteurs dans un bureau pour payer la taxe ou le loyer en nature. Le greffier est assis à son bureau et se retourne. Contre les armoires murales avec des actes et des livres. Le fermier de droite a un poulet avec lui, l'autre se penche sur son bâton.
