The large altarpiece was donated by the Tabarelli de Fatis family, probably by Paolo, a respected juror who covered prestigious roles in the court of Maximilian I in Innsbruck. The chest contains the statues of a Madonna with Baby Jesus and Saint Vigilius on the left and Saint Fabian the Pope on the right. On the pillars in the central niche, the small figures of the Annunciation are visible. The inside of the doors depicts the saints invoked against the plague: Sebastian and Rocco. The outside depicts Saint Laurence and Saint Mary Magdalene. The predella is home to the small statues of the Martyrs of Anaunia, while the doors show the Nativity and the Adoration of the Three Kings (feast day side), and Saints Romedio, Antony the Abbot, Leonard and Justine (weekday side).
