Allegory on the flowering of Dutch fishing after the Second English Sea War (1665-67). Group portrait of Dutch admirals standing on the shore of the sea. Some bring in a net of fish. On the right some hunters with dogs near a cave-like fountain with a statue of Neptune and seahorses. It is proposed that: David Vlugh (?), Aert van Nes (?), Tjerk Hiddes de Vries, Isaac Sweers, Adriaen Banckert, Engel de Ruyter, Michiel Adriaensz de Ruyter, Pieter Florisz (?), Cornelis Tromp (?), Cornelis Evertsen de Jonge, Jan Cornelisz Meppel, Aucke Stellingwerff, Egbert M. Cortenaer (?), Johan Evertsen de Oude, Pieter de Bitter and Jacob Binckes (?).
