Fan con madreperla bastoncini e guardie applicate con una filigrana pizzo-come di madreperla bianca traforata. Una guardia è applicata con un monogramma d'oro e corona. La foglia a doppio bastone è dipinta sul retto con una scena bucolica di figure in un paesaggio. Il verso è dipinto con un coronet a forma di diamante e monogramma impostato al centro e due ulteriori vignette con cameo di putti. Firmato e datato Alexandre, 1863. Alexandre, Félix (francese, 1823) Designer e pittore, che nel 1850 divenne famoso per diventare fan-maker dell'Imperatrice Eugenie, Regina dei Paesi Bassi e Regina Vittoria.
