Una scultura in bronzo dal titolo Zulu (1910) dell'artista sudafricano Anton van Wouw (1862-1945). Nel 1910, Van Wouw creò due opere intitolate, Zulu e coffee drinker, per entrambe queste opere usò un maschio africano come modello di figura chiamato Sidwale Tokozile. Questa scultura è un cast in bronzo postumo della fonderia Morris Singer in Basingstoke Inghilterra fatto nel 1975. Breve biografia: Anton van Wouw nacque il 26 dicembre 1862 a Driebergen nei Paesi Bassi. Dopo la scuola, Van Wouw ha iniziato come stucco nella Delft dove ha imparato l'arte della scultura. Studiò all'Accademia di Rotterdam per le Arti, ma fermò i suoi studi per unirsi a suo padre e a suo fratello in Sudafrica. Dopo aver avuto un momento difficile come artista nei primi inizi della sua carriera dell'allora Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek (Repubblica Sudafricana 1852-1902) Van Wouw fu infine riconosciuto per il suo lavoro quando Sammy Marks (1884-1920), un industriale sudafricano e finanziere lituano, commissionò a Van Wouw di creare il famoso Kruger Memorial, attualmente situato in Piazza della Chiesa nel centro del Sudafrica
