Egli tiene nella sua destra il modello di una chiesa che simboleggia il suo status di uno dei quattro medici della Chiesa, e nella sua mano sinistra un libro dei suoi scritti. Questa squisita opera dipinta è probabilmente dal pilastrello di una grande pala d'altare gotica.
