Personifikationen von Frühling, Sommer, Herbst und Winter, Balthasar Permoser (Kammer b. Otting, 1651-1732, Dresda), Dresda 1695, ElfenbeinDie Jahreszeiten, berretti 1722 in den herzoglichen Sammlungen dokumentiert, wurden 1806 im Zuge der napoleonischen Invasion gerssenin Floraund Ceres verblieben im Museum, aber Bacchus und Vulkan verschwanden aus Braunschweig. Erst 2016 glückte die Rückerwerbung, quindi dass die vier Statuetten wieder veraint sind und gemeinsam gezeigt werden können. Der lächelnde leichtfüßige Frühling zeigt die Fülle der Blüten in seinem Füllhorn.
