Triple hatch. Sul pannello centrale il culto dei re. Un re si inginocchia e bacia la mano del Cristo bambino, ha posto la sua corona e scettro a terra. A destra gli altri re con i loro doni e conseguenze. Sul lato sinistro il donatore maschio inginocchiato con sei figli e San Joris con una bandiera. Sulla scrivania, la pistola della famiglia Van Rooy. Sul lato destro il donatore femminile inginocchiato con cinque figlie e Saint Anna a tre. Qui lo stemma della famiglia Francken (o Vrancken).
