Firmato e datato David Klöker fecit Ao 1652. Ritratto equestre di Carl Gustaf Wrangel. Il dipinto è stato eseguito da Ehrenstrahl durante il suo soggiorno presso la residenza Wrangels a Wolgast. Questo è uno dei primi ritratti equestri dipinti in questa composizione con una persona non-royal, e sappiamo da Wrangels corrispondenza con Ehrenstrahl al momento che era così contento del risultato che aveva Jeremias Falck fare un'incisione nel 1655. La spada e le pistole indossate da Wrangel sul ritratto sono ancora nell'armeria Wrangel al castello di Skokloster oggi.
