Capo di uno Stag è un dipinto ad olio del pittore spagnolo Diego Velazquez. Fu dipinto nel 1626-27. Filippo IV era un cacciatore coraggioso ed entusiasta, e voleva che il suo pittore di corte registrasse le macchie che aveva ucciso per la posterità. Questo dipinto (66,5 x 52,5 cm) è attualmente ospitato nella Galleria degli Uffizi, Firenze.
