Pellegrinaggio di Fernão Mendes Pinto....e nell'ultima parte, qualche breve notizia, e la morte di padre santo Francisco Xavier... l'itinerario di António Tenreiro e la conquista del Regno di Pegu nel 1601 sotto Vicerey Ayres de Saldanha. Prima pubblicata da Pedro Craesbeeck (Lisbon, 1614), la Peregrinazione di Fernão Mendes Pinto avrebbe avuto solo un'altra edizione portoghese nel XVII secolo (1678) nonostante le sue 18 edizioni successive in spagnolo, inglese, francese e tedesco durante lo stesso periodo.
