La vetrata V12 del Duomo di Milano raffigura la Gloria di San Giovanni il Bene e, come le altre finestre realizzate per la parte meridionale della Cattedrale (V11 e V 13), è opera di Giovanni Battista Bertini, commissionata tra il 1838 e il 1842 dalla Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano. Le tre vetrate si trovano sopra l'altare dedicato al Santo - Arcivescovo di Milano dal 641 al 651 - che è ricordato per aver riportato a Milano la sede episcopale dopo l'esilio genovese durante l'era lombarda. Sotto le finestre del sud riposano le sue reliquie, che furono spostate nella Cattedrale da San Carlo Borromeo nel 1582.
