Questo ritratto è stato a lungo pensato per essere un lavoro olandese. Più recentemente lo stile di pittura apparentemente fiammingo, rilassato e generoso era stato pensato per mostrare le qualità stilistiche del genere di Anversa e pittore di ritratto Gonzales Coques. Le figure sono presentate in modo molto prestigioso. Finora non sono stati identificati, ma i loro vestiti e la grande atmosfera del parco circostante suggeriscono che sono membri dell'alta società di Anversa.
