Questo dipinto raffigura la fattoria a Cheltenham che è stato istituito nel 1901 dall'artista e il suo marito chimico, George Ekins Gulliver. Henrietta ha allevato la lavanda commercialmente per la distillazione, e ha anche mantenuto ampi giardini floreali a Sassafras, nelle Gamma Dandenong. Nel 1922 i Gullivers vendettero la fattoria ai proprietari delle case metodiste, che possedevano già gran parte della terra adiacente. Negli anni '50 la Chiesa cattolica aveva acquistato la terra, in seguito costruendo una casa per i ragazzi svantaggiati che era gestito dai Fratelli Ospedalieri di San Giovanni di Dio. Nel 1966 la terra fu venduta al Myer Emporium. Oggi i Gullivers
