L'interno del tempio delizie con eccellenti altari intagliati in legno, complementati con mosaico figurale multicolore, così come sculture in marmo o in stucco bianco. L'altare principale era caratterizzato da una rappresentazione a mosaico di San Casimiro, che nel 1990 è stato trasferito all'ufficio del Vicariato del IV Arcivescovo di Chicago. Oggi, l'altare contiene un dipinto della Madre di Dio diGuadalupe.
