Il Libro Medico della Corea del mondo dedicato a Gwanghaegun nel 1610 dal medico reale di 71 anni, Heo Jun, Donguibogam è diviso in cinque capitoli: Naegyeongpyeon (Medici Internali), Oehyeongpyeon (Medici Esterni), Japbyeongpyeon (Malelogie Miscellanee), Tangaekpyeon (Rimemgon). Riconoscendo il suo contributo al mondo come reliquia storica, l'UNESCO ha elencato Donguibogam nella sua memoria del programma mondiale nel 2010, rendendo il libro il settimo patrimonio culturale della Corea da includere.
